Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGMB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,265 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDPCP, GRIK2, and BBS10. Each is linked with RGMB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGMB-to-partner and partner-to-RGMB results are reported.
