Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGMB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP21-2, KRTAP12-1, and KRTAP22-2. Each is linked with RGMB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGMB-to-partner and partner-to-RGMB results are reported.
