Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RGL3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher RGL3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.
DLBC, OV, and SKCM are the cancer types where RGL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
