RGL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,867 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAM, FAAH, and ACSS3. Each is linked with RGL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGL3-to-partner and partner-to-RGL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
