Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,903 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLO1, PTK7, and RRBP1. Each is linked with RGL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGL2-to-partner and partner-to-RGL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGL2 versus GLO1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
