Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, MEK1, and N-Ras. Each is linked with RGL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGL2-to-partner and partner-to-RGL2 results are reported.
