RGL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,830 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RGL1_S520, RPS5, and EPB41L3. Each is linked with RGL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGL1-to-partner and partner-to-RGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGL1 versus RGL1_S520 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
