RGL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,125 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCOF1_T1270, RGL1_S520, and JCAD_S1319. Each is linked with RGL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGL1-to-partner and partner-to-RGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGL1 versus TCOF1_T1270 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
