RGL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-160P, RNA5SP411, and CENPU. Each is linked with RGL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGL1-to-partner and partner-to-RGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-160P grouped by RGL1-low versus RGL1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
