Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGCC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RGCC data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RGCC Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGCC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and COAD are the cancer types where RGCC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
