Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGCC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,581 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, IRAG1, and STARD9. Each is linked with RGCC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGCC-to-partner and partner-to-RGCC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGCC versus CNRIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
