RGCC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGCC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 174 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, ATXN7L3P1, and RPL23AP76. Each is linked with RGCC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGCC-to-partner and partner-to-RGCC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by RGCC-low versus RGCC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
