Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGCC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,796 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGCC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein polymerization, Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta production, and Complement receptor mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with RGCC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGCC-to-partner and partner-to-RGCC results are reported.
