RFX7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,832 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TP53BP1, UBE3A, and MORF4L1. Each is linked with RFX7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX7-to-partner and partner-to-RFX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFX7 versus TP53BP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
