Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,335 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESCO1, CLK3, and ANKRD39. Each is linked with RFX7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX7-to-partner and partner-to-RFX7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFX7 versus ESCO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
