Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,396 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with RFX7 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX7-to-partner and partner-to-RFX7 results are reported.
