RFX7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 626 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L10, FOXI2, and TMEM132C. Each is linked with RFX7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX7-to-partner and partner-to-RFX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRNR2L10 grouped by RFX7-low versus RFX7-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
