Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RFX5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RFX5 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RFX5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RFX5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, SCLC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RFX5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
