Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,733 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTN2A2, HCP5, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with RFX5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX5-to-partner and partner-to-RFX5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFX5 versus BTN2A2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
