RFX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MSH6, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with RFX5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX5-to-partner and partner-to-RFX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by RFX5-low versus RFX5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
