Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,421 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of MHC class II biosynthetic process, Regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with RFX5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX5-to-partner and partner-to-RFX5 results are reported.
