Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 365 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR30, GALR1, and MAGEB10. Each is linked with RFX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX5-to-partner and partner-to-RFX5 results are reported.
