Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,148 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGT1, CRYBB3, and TTC28. Each is linked with RFX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX4-to-partner and partner-to-RFX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFX4 versus GGT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
