RFX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD33B-AS1, AOC1, and EME1. Each is linked with RFX4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX4-to-partner and partner-to-RFX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD33B-AS1 grouped by RFX4-low versus RFX4-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
