Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RFX2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RFX2 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher RFX2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RFX2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, ACC, and CESC are the cancer types where RFX2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
