Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RFX2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RFX2 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RFX2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RFX2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.

HNSC, LSCC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RFX2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
