RFX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,131 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSP90B1, RFX2_S171, and BBS2. Each is linked with RFX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX2-to-partner and partner-to-RFX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFX2 versus HSP90B1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
