Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENKD1, DNAI4, and FANK1. Each is linked with RFX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX2-to-partner and partner-to-RFX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFX2 versus ENKD1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
