Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,240 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to chromatin, mRNA transport, and Regulation of centriole-centriole cohesion. Each is linked with RFX2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX2-to-partner and partner-to-RFX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to chromatin grouped by RFX2-low versus RFX2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
