Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,824 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP35, RN7SL743P, and RPS3AP1. Each is linked with RFX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX1-to-partner and partner-to-RFX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP35 grouped by RFX1-low versus RFX1-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
