Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,410 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with RFX1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX1-to-partner and partner-to-RFX1 results are reported.
