RFX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,891 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H14, ABCD4, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with RFX1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX1-to-partner and partner-to-RFX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFX1 versus ZC3H14 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
