RFX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 855 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CILK1, TRIM62, and SCD5. Each is linked with RFX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX1-to-partner and partner-to-RFX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CILK1 grouped by RFX1-low versus RFX1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
