Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFWD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,998 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFWD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD5, NOL10, and NIP7. Each is linked with RFWD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFWD3-to-partner and partner-to-RFWD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFWD3 versus PDCD5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFWD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFWD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
