RFWD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFWD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 864 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFWD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPD1P18, LINC01385, and PPIAP24. Each is linked with RFWD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFWD3-to-partner and partner-to-RFWD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPD1P18 grouped by RFWD3-low versus RFWD3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFWD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFWD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
