RFWD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFWD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFWD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3C, AVP, and ZAN. Each is linked with RFWD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFWD3-to-partner and partner-to-RFWD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3C grouped by RFWD3-low versus RFWD3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFWD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFWD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
