RFT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,111 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QRICH1, KIAA1143, and UTP18_S205. Each is linked with RFT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFT1-to-partner and partner-to-RFT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFT1 versus QRICH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
