Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,388 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUNDC3A, MCF2L, and ROGDI. Each is linked with RFT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFT1-to-partner and partner-to-RFT1 results are reported.
