Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,982 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription by RNA polymerase I, Nucleosome disassembly, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with RFT1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFT1-to-partner and partner-to-RFT1 results are reported.
