RFPL4AP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL4AP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,953 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFPL4AP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFPL1, RFPL1S, and ACP7. Each is linked with RFPL4AP6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL4AP6-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL4AP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFPL4AP6 versus RFPL1 in PRAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL4AP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL4AP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
