RFPL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,830 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFPL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFPL3S, SLC5A4, and ZNF337. Each is linked with RFPL3 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL3-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFPL3 versus RFPL3S in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
