Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,190 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFPL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR22HG, MIR645, and RN7SL600P. Each is linked with RFPL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL3-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFPL3 versus MIR22HG in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
