The most reproducible RFPL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle targeting, to, from or within Golgi, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Regulation of stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with RFPL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL3-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL3 results are reported.
