Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPY19L2P5, SNX3P1Y, and RNU6-950P. Each is linked with RFPL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL2-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPY19L2P5 grouped by RFPL2-low versus RFPL2-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
