RFNG

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFNG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,925 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFNG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with RFNG in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFNG-to-partner and partner-to-RFNG results are reported.
