RFNG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFNG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFNG-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIR3DL1, OR10W1, and DIRAS2. Each is linked with RFNG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFNG-to-partner and partner-to-RFNG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIR3DL1 grouped by RFNG-low versus RFNG-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFNG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFNG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
