Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFFL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,182 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFFL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACACA_S80, GIT1, and LIG3. Each is linked with RFFL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFFL-to-partner and partner-to-RFFL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFFL versus ACACA_S80 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFFL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFFL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
