Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFFL protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,615 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFFL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DR1, DNAJB14, and STBD1. Each is linked with RFFL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFFL-to-partner and partner-to-RFFL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFFL versus DR1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFFL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFFL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
