RFFL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFFL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFFL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1147P, ATP6V0E1P3, and RNU7-90P. Each is linked with RFFL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFFL-to-partner and partner-to-RFFL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1147P grouped by RFFL-low versus RFFL-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFFL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFFL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
