Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFFL mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFFL-associated genes across cancer lineages are lymphatic Endothelial cells, Mesangial cells, and CD4+ Tem. Each is linked with RFFL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFFL-to-partner and partner-to-RFFL results are reported.
